Portland rights to make one way streets two way street.

They are going to make high and state street a two way street so that it is easier on people to go shopping. I think that it is a good idea to do that because the city of Portland would be losing a lot of money. Right now some people don't even know that there are shops their so if they made it a two way street than more people would see it. Than say that more people will take the bus and that will lower the gas prices.
