No because people don't have a lot of money so they can't pay for all of that. Also if they keep upping the price than soon Time Warner will not have a lot of customers. People have contracts they sign saying that they can't be doing that. They already have a lot of money so they don't need more so they shouldn't have to up the prices of the modems.
